ETR has partnered with Jacobs Engineering, Inc. to develop several CVS pharmacies in the Central Texas area. The first CVS to achieve approval with ETR is CVS Store No. 5776 in San Marcos. At the corner of Wonder World Drive and Hunter Road, this store sees a significant amount of traffic daily and with the recent opening of the Wonder World Drive extension, more traffic passes through this intersection than ever before.
ETR assisted CVS pharmacy and the property owner in achieving the necessary plan approvals to begin construction. In one of the fastest projects to achieve approval in San Marcos, ETR was instrumental in coordinating with City staff and ensuring timely responses to submittals and comments. The Jacobs/ETR team achieved approval of a Concept Plan for 20+ acres of the larger property and preliminary and final platting of several lots along Wonder World Drive, including the CVS lot. CVS has been open for business for over 1 year at this location and is looking forward to doing business in San Marcos for a long time.
ETR also worked with CVS developers in the City of Bastrop to achieve approval of a CVS Store No. 1037 at the intersection of US Highway 71 and Highway 95. Facing numerous obstacles in dealing with the existing property owner, ETR worked with City leaders to provide the most efficient and timely solution to achieve the necessary plat, site plan, infrastructure and building permit approvals and negotiate all necessary steps of the approval process.
